What is the cost to join Realityroad?

The site is FREE to join, but we offer additional upgradeable membership levels for a small fee. The FREE membership comes with a few limitations, while the "Superstar" membership provides the greatest access to the site and its content.

What is the "Feature Me" option?

The "Feature Me" button on your profile page allows you, for a small fee, to purchase a featured spot on the homepage for a day.  Your profile photo will be on the front page for all members, casting directors, and agencies to see.  $2.99 is a small price to pay for all that attention!  There is no limit on the amount of times you can purchase this feature.  Please note: due to amount of users purchasing the "feature me" option, your profile may not show up until a few days after purchasing.

How come I cannot see my full profile, pictures, and videos after I just signed up?

In order to ensure no offensive and improper content gets uploaded, we review videos and pictures before posting to the site.  This process should take less than 24 hours, but may sometimes take up to 48 hours.  Premium memberships will be immediately visible and require no additional approvals.  If you still do not see your content, please contact us at support@realityroad.com

Go the Home page and in the upper right hand corner click on “Lost your password”

How do I change my password on my account?

Log in to your account and go to the "account maintenance" tab.  You can update all personal information there, including your password.

I am an upgraded member how do I downgrade or cancel?  Log into your account, then click MY SUBSCRIPTION, then select DOWNGRADE and finally check the FREE option.  Make sure you see a notice stating you will no longer be charged.  Free or upgraded members can also delete all of their information be logging on and clicking the delete option on the left hand side.
